I found the King Room spacious with a comfy bed and nice pillows. The staff, particularly Monica and Kevin, were attentive and truly made me feel welcome.

Also, the window in my room had a dirty streak, and I was surprised by the noise from the street outside. It made it difficult to sleep at times, especially in the early morning. Overall, a good stay, but cleanliness and soundproofing need attention.

Had a fun 8-night stay! Super close to Times Square—literally a 30-second walk. Check-in was smooth, and our room was really comfy with a spacious shower and Smart TV. The pizza spot down the block was a lifesaver for quick bites. Just wish there were more dining options in the hotel. Overall, great experience!
